Duff Holmes - Owner/Head Coach
With two decades in the sport, Duff Holmes brings a wealth of expierence and knowledge few coaches can match. Duff has developed and coached top professional and amateur MMA fighters from New York State. MVMMA fighters have competed at the highest levels of the sport including the UFC, Bellator, CFFC, King of the Cage and many more.
The Gym
Conveniently located in the New Hartford Shopping Center, New Hartford NY. MVMMA is a 4500 square ft custom built Mixed Martial Arts Training Facility featuring large open training areas and many different striking stations.
Philosophy/Style
We focus 100% on Mixed Martial Arts. Mainly the combination of Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu and how they work together. Our goal is to be well rounded and able to defend and attack from any position. We teach a system of high percentage, efficient techniques that all our fighters have used to become champions.
